Meet the Friends


Ann Graham – Founder of FHFPC

An active member of the community, Ann Graham has lived in Hoboken for 19 years.  She founded the Friends of the Hoboken Family Planning Clinic over nine years ago and with the support of many Friends, the group has raised money for the clinic and expanded the City’s awareness of its services.  Ann currently serves on the Hoboken Family Planning Clinic Board. She also served on the Hoboken Zoning Board of Adjustment and the Planning Board for twelve years. Ann has a PhD in Urban Planning and Public Policy and worked in international development in the areas of democracy, governance, and gender for nearly 30 years. Through this work, she has travelled the world and enjoyed meeting and learning from women globally.  She is also a strategic advisor to family foundations. Traveling, reading and playing bridge are among her favorite pastimes.


Adrienne Choma

Before retiring in 2019, Adrienne Choma led the business incubator at Stevens Institute of Technology and served as adjunct faculty teaching Senior Entrepreneurship. Prior to joining Stevens, Adrienne spent her career working in the healthcare and life sciences industries. She co-founded Saladax Biomedical, Inc., served as COO at Alfa Wassermann, Inc., and for twenty years held senior leadership positions with Roche Diagnostics.

Ms. Choma earned her JD degree from New York University where she was a recipient of the Root-Tilden Scholarship. In 2013, she was a recipient of the national EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women Award. She joined the FHFPC in 2017 after hosting the 2016 annual fundraiser. She enjoys gardening and entertaining her friends along with her husband, Bo.


Jeanne Lubin

Jeanne and her husband Bruce have lived in Hoboken for over 27 years, where they have proudly raised their three sons.

In 2006, she co-founded Hoboken-based Castle Point Publishing, which publishes over 90 non-fiction titles a year. Jeanne serves on the board of Mile Square Theatre and is active in development for other non-profits in Hoboken as well. She is thrilled to be a part of the Friends of the Hoboken Family Planning Clinic and is committed to supporting access to affordable reproductive healthcare to the medically underserved in our community.

Jeanne is a 1988 graduate of Lehigh University, where she majored in International Relations and Government. In her spare time, Jeanne loves to listen to a never ending list of podcasts, micromanage her sons, and dream of happy days ahead.


Nicole Malantchouk

Nicole leads the Corporate Outreach and Professional Advancement Office in the School of Business at Stevens Institute of Technology. In this role, Nicole prepares over 2,000 business students for internships and full-time employment.  Nicole holds a Doctorate of Education from Vanderbilt University.

She was motivated to join FHFPC in the summer of 2019 because she wanted to give back to her community during a time she witnessed injustices in the healthcare system.  In her spare time, Nicole can be found on the tennis court, at the park with her husband and son, or sipping coffee with friends.


Juliana Crithary

One of the newer additions to the FHFPC, Juliana is humbled to be a part of such an important cause and is excited to help further grow the awareness and financial support of the Family Planning Clinic. Juliana graduated New York University as valedictorian of the Global Liberal Studies program in 2018, and is now working in Travel & Lifestyle marketing at American Express.

When she’s not marketing travel, Julie’s out there living it! She loves exploring new places, and is looking forward to crossing more destinations off her bucket list. Apart from traveling, Julie enjoys reading thrillers, long walks on the waterfront, and supporting the local coffee shops and restaurants of Hoboken.


Jill Schuck Taylor

After a career as a writer and editor for magazines including Allure, Elle, and Jane, Jill Schuck Taylor is currently a full-time mom.

She volunteered at Planned Parenthood in college; having kids has made her even more dedicated to fighting for women’s health and reproductive rights, which is why she joined Friends of HFPC in 2018.

Books, travel, dark chocolate, and her family bring her the most joy.



Nancy Alemán

Nancy is the Outreach/Marketing Director for Hoboken Family Planning. She was recently appointed by the RWJ Barnabas Hospital System as Chairperson for the Community Advisory Council for the Alliance for Equity in Cancer Care. Previously, she was the Director of Community Outreach for CarePoint Health in Hudson County and ran the mobile medical van program reaching out to over 14,000 community residents and providing over 17,000 screening annually.  Before her work in NJ, Nancy was the owner and operator of a company in Caracas, Venezuela for over 30 years and was the first Women Director in 50 years for the Venezuela Paper & Pulp Association Board of Directors.

Nancy’s experiences have given her a unique firsthand view of the consequences of lack of services and information in public health, which fuels her passion and commitment to the Hoboken Family Planning and the communities they serve. Nancy has lived in four countries (so far) and speaks three languages.


Mia Reinert

Mia is a new member of FHFPC. Originally from Pennsylvania, Mia joined the Friends as a student living in Hoboken. She currently studies at the Stevens Institute of Technology where she majors in Business and Technology. Mia joined the Friends with the intention of contributing to heath equity and uplifting women. She believes that affordable and accessible healthcare is a human right.

In her free time, Mia enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants across Hoboken and NYC, and making friendship bracelets.


Christine Pipchick

Christine is a new member of FHFPC. She is honored to be part of this group as it combines her passions for healthcare and volunteering for nonprofits, She looks forward to helping the organization grow and reach more people in need of its services, Christine has lived in Hoboken for almost 18 years, raising her three children here.

Christine has worked for and been on boards of various nonprofits, including Friends of HoLa and The Jubilee Center. Christine in a Physician Assistant and Certified Health and Well-being Coach. She has worked in hospitals and outpatient clinics and recently started a health and balance coaching company, Radical Balance. Continuously working towards a healthy lifestyle, Christine loves to stay active running, paddling, skiing, rock climbing, and going on new adventures.


Kelly Petit de Mange

Kelly joined FHFPC in 2022 and has recently taken the Treasurer position.  Kelly was motivated to join Friends to support the local community and the clinic’s ability to increase health care access for those in need.  Professionally, Kelly has 10+ years of experience in Corporate and Investment Banking.  Kelly has lived in Hoboken for 15+ years and graduated from Stevens Institute of Technology with a Bachelors in Applied Mathematics and a Masters in Applied Mathematics


Jackie Burton

Jackie is a longtime resident of Hoboken.  She joined the Friends committee in 2022, lending  her communications and marketing experience to fundraising efforts on behalf of the clinic.  During her 30 years as director of a boutique public relations agency in New York City, she amassed a roster of clients in the US and abroad that encompassed starts-ups; family-owned enterprises, and global firms, including Bosch-Siemens, 3M, Armstrong World Industries, and Sony. In addition, she helped numerous civic and charitable organizations, local and national, with their PR needs.

Get Involved

FHFPC holds fundraising events every year to support the clinic. We encourage you to attend these events and share them with your friends and family. Through these initiatives, the FHFPC group has raised over $300,000 for the clinic since its founding.
